Every site is different, and variables like electrical distance, concrete requirements, drainage, and site access can affect total cost. We identify all site-specific costs during your consultation and present a complete, itemized proposal before any work begins. There are no post-signing surprises.
Are permits included in package pricing?+
Permit fees are quoted separately because they vary by jurisdiction, scope, and municipality. We manage the permit process — pulling permits, coordinating inspections, and ensuring all work is done to code — but the fees are passed through at cost. We'll tell you what to expect for your specific project during the consultation.
Can I add scope to a package or mix elements?+
Yes. Packages are starting points, not rigid configurations. Many clients start with a Signature or Reserve package and add scope — more extensive landscaping, a custom shade structure, an upgraded sauna, or additional outdoor amenities. We'll price additions clearly and adjust the proposal accordingly. Think of packages as the floor, not the ceiling.
How long does installation take?+
Essential packages can often be completed in 1–2 weeks once equipment arrives. Signature projects typically run 3–6 weeks. Reserve projects run 6–12 weeks depending on scope. Custom projects vary by complexity. Lead times on equipment can affect scheduling and will be communicated clearly upfront — we don't start until we have a realistic, confirmed timeline.
Can you install a sauna or cold plunge I've already purchased?+
Yes, in many cases. We can install and integrate equipment you've already purchased if it's a product we're familiar with and confident in. We'll review the specifications during your consultation. We don't warranty equipment we didn't supply, but we can often integrate it cleanly into the space we design.
What's the difference between a Reserve package and a Custom project?+
Reserve packages use curated equipment selections within a defined scope. Custom projects begin with a design process — we design the space from scratch around your home's specific architecture, site conditions, and lifestyle. Custom projects allow for bespoke concrete work, site-specific structures, custom-built sauna rooms, and material selections that match your home's existing finishes. If you want the wellness environment to look like it was always part of the house, you want a custom project.
