Many clients begin with one framework and shape it from there — adding a cold plunge to a sauna project, extending hardscape, upgrading finishes, or folding in landscape work. Do you work in existing homes?+
Yes — that's most of what we do. We integrate wellness spaces into occupied homes on established lots, working around existing architecture, utilities, landscaping, and neighborhood requirements. We also collaborate with builders on new construction when wellness is part of the plan.

Absolutely. Many of our best projects started as a focused sauna install and grew into a full recovery space over time. We can plan for future expansion from day one — roughing in plumbing, electrical, and drainage for elements you might add later, so the second phase costs less and disrupts less.
