Our Story
Born from a problem
we kept seeing firsthand.
Tranquilo started with a simple observation: homeowners across Austin were trying to build serious wellness spaces at home — saunas, cold plunges, spas, recovery rooms, outdoor wellness environments — and had no one to call who could manage the full picture.
The sauna dealer didn't coordinate with the electrician. The pool contractor didn't handle drainage. The plumber didn't know what a cold plunge chiller required. And nobody was treating the entire space as one integrated construction project.
We saw that gap because we come from residential construction — years of experience across custom homes, high-end remodels, and finish work in some of Austin's most demanding neighborhoods. We knew how to build these spaces properly. We just needed to focus the lens.
