Tranquilo was founded by Chase and Allen — two builders with careers built on high-end residential construction in Austin. Not wellness coaches. Not lifestyle brands. Builders, with deep experience in custom homes, high-end remodels, and the kind of finish work that belongs in the most demanding projects in Central Texas.
We got into this space because we saw the same problem everywhere: wellness installations getting handed off to whoever was available — the pool contractor, the sauna dealer, a tile sub who'd never done a steam room. The result is always the same. A collection of products that don't talk to each other, in a space that doesn't feel finished.
We build these spaces the way we'd build anything else in a $3M home. With the same standards, the same attention to detail, and the same accountability.
Who We Are

Chase spent years as a superintendent on high-end custom builds and remodels across Austin's most established neighborhoods — managing trades, holding schedules, and delivering work that had to be right the first time. He also saunas and cold plunges five to seven days a week, so he understands these spaces from the inside out.
Allen comes from one of Austin's most respected trim carpentry operations. The level of craft he brings to finish work — the details most people never notice but always feel — is what separates a well-built space from one that just looks good in photos.
Together, we're not here to tell you what sauna protocol to follow or lecture you on longevity science. We're here to build you a space that works, looks like it belongs, and holds up for decades.
