First Step
Consultation
We begin by meeting at your home. Not a phone call — your home.
We walk the space, understand how you use it, and ask a lot of questions: What time do you wake up? How do you currently recover? What does a perfect morning at home look like? How often do you think you'd actually use this?
This conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It's how we figure out whether there's a project worth building together — and whether we're the right people to build it.
Second Step
Design
From your site and goals, we develop a design concept.
Space planning, material direction, equipment selection, and preliminary budget. This is where the project takes shape. We explore how elements work together — the relationship between sauna and cold plunge, the flow from interior to exterior, how morning light moves through the space, where privacy matters.
We produce enough documentation to align on what we're building and what it will cost — before a single dollar is spent on materials.
Third Step
Selections
Every decision made before we break ground.
Materials, finishes, equipment, and specifications. From heater types to stone finishes to cold plunge chiller systems — everything gets decided here. We guide every selection and explain the tradeoffs honestly. This phase concludes with a detailed proposal: every line item, every lead time, every cost. No surprises once construction begins.
Fourth Step
Construction & Installation
We manage every trade from demo through commissioning.
Concrete, framing, tile, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and finish carpentry — all coordinated by one company with one point of contact. We hold the licenses and carry the insurance, and we hire only the trades we trust. Most projects run 6–14 weeks depending on scope. You get a realistic schedule before we start and a weekly update throughout.
Once the space is built, the equipment goes in. Every system is installed, tested, and commissioned before we call anything finished — sauna heater at temperature, cold plunge chiller holding target, spa systems operating correctly. Nothing gets signed off until it works the way it was designed to.
Final Step
Completion
Your space is complete. We stay available.
We do a final walkthrough together, confirm everything is working, and walk you through using and maintaining every system. You get a complete documentation package — warranty information, maintenance schedules, supplier contacts, and operating guides.
And we stay available after completion. These are complex, water-adjacent systems — questions come up over time. We're not hard to reach.
